Born and raised in San Francisco, California, as a young child she was exposed to the Italian language and culture by almost yearly family vacations and extended stays from her father’s side with her relatives in Calabria, Italy and was introduced to the Spanish language also as a child on her mother’s side with frequent visits to Spain and Mexico.

Bettina began her study in Italian as a child and continued with Italian and Spanish in high school. Her studies have included the Universita’ per Stranieri in Siena, Italy, an Undergraduate Degree with honors as an Italian language major and Theatre minor from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in the Interdisciplinary Arts from San Francisco State University. Bettina received the Bank of America Award for excellence in foreign languages and was a two-time scholarship recipient in Italian. She is a certified Medical Interpreter in English, Italian and Spanish by the National Board for Certified Medical Interpreters.

Bettina has lived in Madrid and the Canary Islands, Spain for over 14 years where she had her own business as a language coach and consultant in the three languages to businesses, military and individuals. She has an intuitive understanding of the American and European client and effortlessly weaves in and out of her languages and its cultures.

Bettina has been taught the art of voiceover narration by the inspirational voice performer and teacher Pat Fraley, who deems her foreign language skills as “shockingly good”.

With love and dedication for her craft and her languages, Bettina is honored to represent her clients and their products and services and goes above and beyond to deliver nothing less than excellence.
